Annual services, including dryer vent cleaning and water heater descaling, are only included after a 90-day waiting period following your initial six-month commitment.
Are there any cancellation penalties?
We do not impose cancellation penalties. However, early cancellation obligations are subject to final review by our legal team to ensure all service agreements are properly fulfilled.
What equipment is included in the plan?
Standard inclusions cover one residential HVAC system, one whole-house filter system, one water heater, and one dryer. Specialty or multi-stage equipment requires separate custom pricing approval.
Is there a waiting period for the first visit?
Yes, there is a 90-day waiting period for annual services. Regular quarterly maintenance visits begin during your initial six-month commitment term.
